I like the instant data recording of my work schedule, so that I can manage it without having to wait for the next paycheck. I also like how easy it is to add employees or remove them from my payroll. It's also nice being able to pay my employees automatically right after they clock out. The app doesn't sync properly with my payroll system, so I end up paying double every month, which isn't very convenient. I like that it is easy for me because there are many applications available so i can access them from any device with internet connection or computer (iPad). It's not very user friendly at all times when using this app especially if its your first day trying out pay watch service since they have such complicated features which require some training before really understanding how everything works. The best thing about paywach is that it's easy for employees with different shifts (morning or evening) who are not able to be present at their workplace during office hour! It allows me access my salary via mobile phone from anywhere around Indonesia without being bothered by traditional bank transfer system which can take several days up until I get paid after finishing shift!! Sometimes there might have been problems when sending documents such us proof document but usually they resolve them
