The most important thing is that it makes things easier by automating some manual processes with other applications like PSA or SPSS etc., also there's integration between different components through POI format so we don't have any issues in using this system when integrated properly as an end user (the admin part). I would recommend anyone who has multiple users working together should take advantage while still having easy access from everywhere else too! It works well but not much features
