I thought it was too small when I saw it first came in the mail but it fits perfectly! It's pretty easy to get a conch piercing once you figure it out!

I bought this on purpose because it said 'surgical steel' but it doesn't because it gave me a response in less than 12 hours. Now I'm stuck with a useless earring. However, it is very pretty and I wish I would enjoy wearing it.

Beautiful and delicate item for cartilage piercing but too small for me. Went two sizes up (size 9) and fits well. If you're looking for a nose piece despite the size, it may be less important to your taste. Diamonds are barely noticeable and only add panache.

Very pretty but VERY small. When it is placed in my (nose) piercing, I can't even close the clasp because it's too small to fit completely around my nostril to close it. Instead I will use it for upper earlobe piercings. I hope he fits in there. Although it is very beautiful.

within an hour of getting it in my nose i started to get pain and swelling. I barely got it out to replace it. It subsided so much that I found it difficult to insert a straight rod without excruciating pain. Nothing had influenced me like this before. Don't buy this!

Looks shiny in the picture but in reality the CZs are so incredibly small you can barely see them. They are actually tiny chips. And also a greyish color instead of light. So it looked like a faded greyish metal ring in my nose. I went back to my regular steel ring which is much shinier and I'm getting this one back.

I really wanted to love it but as soon as I opened it I was surprised how tiny the stones are. Once in my ear, you couldn't see any color at all. I took it out after three days because it just looked like a little silver loop in my ear. I will say that inserting it into my spiral piercing was easy and snapped in nicely. love the ease of it. Looking at the photos of the other color versions, the stones seem much larger, so maybe the rainbow version is the only problem?

UPDATE 05/30/21: I spontaneously fell out in everyday life. It first happened about a week ago (my roommate found it on the bathroom floor). I sterilized the ring and put it back in, it's gone again this morning. :(ORIGINAL 04/03/21: I received two 16g 10mm Black CZ and Purple CZ headphones to put in my ears.
