Mixed bag suitable for gloves, mittens and liners

I have run in them in temperatures up to 20 degrees, they are too cold, they are good in temperatures around 30. They fit well, absorb moisture and wind The protection is excellent, but difficult to take off after a run. Like the other reviewer I had a seam tear but I sent it back to Pearl and they fixed it and sent it back fairly quickly. Pros: Adequate Warmth, Windproof Coverage, Visibility, Moisture Wicking, Lifetime Warranty. Cons: Difficult to remove, you'll probably need a warranty.

Pros
  • Comfortable to wear
Cons
  • Long wait

That's been 4 years - still great!

probably the best $25 I've ever spent. I got these over 4 years ago and they work great as cool weather gloves and even better as cold weather mittens. I use them for cycling and snowboarding in winter. I will buy them again when the current pair finally breaks.

  • very impressive

Needs some work

Wow, great running glove. I like the feature of the reflective windproof glove. Ideal for long runs where you can tune in when the weather warms up or the weather changes. But he loses the star through the cuff. and another for the thumb. The thumb is too long even for size XL and the cuff material is not flexible enough, so that the glove is difficult to take off when sweating. If you pull your fingers, the threads will start to break. So this is a great glove. But I'm looking forward to the…

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • No insurance

One of my favorite items is Pearl Izumi!

Like all Pearl Izumi clothing these gloves are great! They have become a staple of my cold weather running/biking arsenal. They are marketed as running gloves, but I often use them for cycling as well. When used with a second pair of Pearl Izumi Grip Light gloves as a base layer, you can wear them comfortably in temperatures of the low to mid 40s. The nylon windbreak is a nice extra layer that can be tucked into the back of the glove when not in use.

Pros
  • Very Good Price

Very good - Men's

Windproof hat really works. They are comfortable and easy to wear. I use them not only for running but also as a regular glove because they are very fashionable. The only problem is that below 0°C they don't get warm enough even with a hat. But a great product and well made.

  • Comfortable

Much nicer than expected

Yellow goes very well with a light yellow day jacket, not sure if the flashy part of yellow is marketing. Either way, they feel great, they're soft and comfortable, and more importantly, they're nice and warm, and they look great. Surprisingly, the yellow coating is quite an effective windbreak. At first I thought, hmm, another pair of gloves with a chip, but no, they work. I consider them to be in between (45-59 temp), over a pair of silk glove liners (which you can wear inside as an extra…

Pros
  • High score for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Was warm but fell apart after first ride

These gloves may not be suitable for cycling but there was no warning in the description to warn the buyer. On my first ride in them I liked the warmth they offered and the reflective piping/hi-vis, but the stitching is so brittle that my right thumb came off the glove. I sewed the hole together but with another use the remaining thumb stitches came out. I suggest using them for running. They do not withstand changing hand positions when cycling.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Faulty
