I usually use Windsor & Newton masking fluid. I wanted to try this one because of the blue hue, which I thought would be easier to see and work with, and I've seen the artist I follow use it. Well it's awful and I'll never order it again - it turns the paper blue every time I use it. I use high quality 100% cotton watercolor paper and it smudges every time just like the cheaper paper.
