Works well when used properly

Works well and is comfortable in my shoes. The point is not to overtighten them - gentle pressure allows them to be worn for a long time, which is required (gentle correction for a long period of time).

Pros
  • Evens out crooked, overlapping and hammer toes
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

If you have a hammer toe and your doctor recommends it.

If you have a hammer toe and your doctor recommends a toe straightener, they will try to sell you one for 6 times the price. It works if you wear it every day, which is a lot easier in winter! I've actually seen significant changes while using this!

Pros
  • Interchangeable for left or right foot
Cons
  • I say nothing

Not for me. on leg and footrests

Made my toe crooked. If it was possible to pull the strap in the opposite direction it might have worked, but who knows. The large pad was a bit awkward for a size 8 woman. Maybe better for a tall man's foot and toe. The product looks good overall but there was no mechanism to attach the strap. Required additional closure or Velcro or similar

Pros
  • Soft cushion protects ball of foot
Cons
  • Little things

Expensive but high quality product.

The price is for ONE. The Vive brand is $10.49 for a PAIR. Despite this, this "Budin" appears to be an excellent product. The elastic covers a little more toe and the underfoot pad is much softer and not as stiff. On the other side (or feet) it doesn't allow me to pull the band as tight as I'd like. how. For this reason and the very high price I award 4 instead of 5 stars.

Pros
  • This slip-on cushion features an adjustable loop that neatly aligns your toes, while a soft, dual-layer cushion provides arch comfort.
Cons
  • Secret

Does it really work? he slides forward. don't stop!

This was recommended to me by my orthopedist who I went to for pain in my legs which she described as capsilitis. Pads should work, though. They slide forward and the elastic eventually holds the tip of the toe, so the metatarsal it's supposed to hold still crunches. Since it's not visible in shoes/socks I'm not sure if it works properly. I think. If the last were a bit longer at the front, it wouldn't slide forward (it would hit the front of the shoe and stop) and thus work better. The idea…

Pros
  • Suitable for most shoes. Washable and reusable. One size fits all

  • There are problems

Helps keep finger in place

My second finger suddenly started crossing my third finger when I put the weight on it. I didn't know what to do until I got to the doctor. I ordered this and it works fine, just don't overtighten. My thumb was still slightly pinched so I tightened the strap very tight. Ouch! I looked down and my toe turned purple. While waiting for this toe straightener to arrive, I purchased another style at a local store. It was silicone. The bottom was very thick which made it uncomfortable and did nothing…

Very helpful for me - getting a new one every month for at least a year

I have a neuroma in one of my legs and my podiatrist suggested I could relieve some of the pain by I straighten the other leg. Finger with daily application of Koban-style non-adherent bandages. While the podiatrist told me the bandages were the best, she said the PediFix was also helpful. After weeks of frustration with bandages, I started using PediFix. Since then I've been buying new ones every month (they last more than a month but they're starting to tear) and have no desire to go back to…

Pros
  • Reduces friction between my toes
Cons
  • Very expensive

Important part of the plan

I have all available versions of this device - triple, double and single. If I have to wear closed-toe shoes, I usually wear one of these so my hammer toe knuckles are curled down and don't rub against the top of the shoe. The single is reversible and works by tying one of your fingers (it doesn't go past your thumb) with elastic loops through a thin, fairly comfortable, fabric-covered pad. Since my second finger bothers me the most, I wear it on top. The single toe device leaves an…
