Low quality. The straps fall apart.

The quality of these shoes is very poor. It only lasted 2 months. The Velcro on the strap has already come loose. As a result, the shoes no longer hold up and the sandals continue to fall off.

Pros
  • Stylish and versatile: With a simple and modern design, Gehrig sneakers are perfect for every occasion. They are made in a classic dark blue colour, which allows you to combine them with any outfit. Whether your child is going to school, the playground or a family outing, they will always look stylish with these shoes.
Cons
  • Expensive: The price of Gehrig running shoes is relatively high compared to other kids' running shoes on the market, making them less affordable for families on a budget.

Great for bulging legs

Great for chubby legs! I tried so many different shoes for my little boy when he was 2 years old and he refused to wear them because they were too tight for his adorable "baby feet". He loves them and can walk very well in them!

Pros
  • Gehrig sneakers are made from high quality materials that last a long time. The upper is a combination of leather and mesh for durability and breathability. The shoe also has a flexible outsole that allows natural movement and development of the foot.
Cons
  • Limited Sizing: Gehrig sneakers have limited sizing options, which can make it difficult for parents to find the right size for their child's foot.

not by and large the best in my rating

These shoes are not for wide feet. The fingers are incredibly narrow and the Velcro straps barely close at the bridge of the nose. The company isn't great with returns either, you pay for shipping and if you don't put it in the shipping box/envelope they might be able to charge you extra for that too. I will never buy again.

Pros
  • Easy to put on and take off: Gehrig sneakers have a practical Velcro fastener that makes them easy to put on and take off. So your child sits comfortably and safely, even when they are in a hurry. The shoes also have a wide opening, which makes it easier for parents to put them on and take them off.
Cons
  • Not Suitable for Certain Activities: Gehrig shoes may not be suitable for certain activities, such as hiking or running, as they lack essential features such as a durable outsole or ankle support.

Whoever designed these shoes has no children

When these shoes first came out they looked great. They were stylish and most importantly they were very easy to put on and take off for my 3.5 year old. Then my son wore them. Whoever designed these shoes has no children. The material is incredibly cheap and wears out almost immediately. I've never worn my son's shoes like this before. He does not drag his feet and switches to slippers in kindergarten. I have attached photos from 2 weeks of wear and after 5 weeks of wear. I will no longer buy…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Out of style
