I have a lot of these suitcases, both for personal things and maybe 60-100 in the office to transport very expensive equipment around the country. They've held up to use and abuse very well, and almost every time I need a case for something, that's the first thing I look at.

Still amazing. Pelican is great. I use 2 of these for my cable certifiers. We tap them and throw them all over the truck and trailer. you survive. Best of all, I have $12,000 left over for each certification device. Pelican is value for money. YET they still do it in the US. If they go abroad, I will not buy them again.

Bought this case for my husband to keep his pistols safe on and off the range. I'm glad I took a bigger suitcase, it fits more. He loves to. After a bit of play and fiddling with the foam placement, it will hold pistols, magazines and extra ammo perfectly. And he can change it if necessary. I love this purchase, if my boys ever need it I know where to start 😊

I've been buying Pelican cases for a few decades, this latest version seems very cheap and I wasn't expecting nearly two hundred bucks from a Pelican. The clasps are cumbersome and don't feel strong, the plastic is thinner and weaker, and the hinges and handle leave a lot to be desired. The foam is of the same excellent quality. I think now I'll go with Nanuk cases, they're a third cheaper and seem better.

These are the absolute best cases. They last forever and keep their contents safe. The internal dimensions appear to be slightly larger than described, as the case tapers slightly towards the bottom. I love everything about this suitcase but I would pack it in standard cut foam. I don't like pinching and pulling foam.
