Didn't do what I expected from the ad. I can't get a return authorization from the seller!๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Wanted to record messages to save on a computer. It will execute one word at a time, but will not accept written phrases. Only 5 inches - less for writing

User-friendly, intuitive interface

The second verse is better than the first! The first one we ordered was not recognized by the computer. The return/replacement process was quick and hassle-free. This device is a replacement and it connects and works perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

Awkward-to-use device

Just received today. Plug into the USB port. Connect but don't write. It turned out that I had to activate the file with the file manager. English is not recognized. So he didn't recognize my handwriting in English correctly. unless I wrote slowly, carefully, and clearly, like a child. So far I have not received any offers. It automatically translates my handwriting into English. You cannot draw pictures to illustrate with your online partners. Don't buy this.

Missing Software CD

In my case, Windows 7, the Windows operating system has difficulties to get the device driver via Windows updates. After overcoming the problem with the device driver, the file launch.exe in Notepad (acting as an external USB drive (256 GB SSD)) does not start. Presumably, if the package includes a software CD, the installation will be much smoother? The user's brochure should state that the tablet does indeed have 256GB of external storage. The customer must use the Microsoft Windows fileโ€ฆ
