they didn't like the taste and therefore give the product 2/5 stars /5 Stars. This product is intended for use with a feeding tube, not for oral ingestion, therefore it is FLAVOR-FREE. This works great for the purpose of replacing supplemental/complete feeding via a feeding tube. However, watch out for Boost VHC, 1/8th the price, very similar nutrition, and even more calories.

It's ridiculously expensive. My father needed this via a feeding tube after 4 strokes and diabetes, he was on a diet of 1800 calories a day. It was cheaper for us to buy it on Amazon and eBay than to get it from the manufacturer, and with Prime it was always delivered on time. That taste. for diet and sports nutrition

i really don't want to rate it with stars because i just got it and i don't know yet how good it works. But right off the bat - I'm generally okay with drinks that are good for me because I'm sick. But these. I can only process portions at a time. Tastes like rancid milk and metal. I'll see how it mixes with berries but I tried mixing it with frozen mango and it was a mistake. Now it tastes like rancid milk and rusty metals poured into a glass that someone just drank a mango smoothie out of. If
