i really don't want to rate it with stars because i just got it and i don't know yet how good it works. But right off the bat - I'm generally okay with drinks that are good for me because I'm sick. But these. I can only process portions at a time. Tastes like rancid milk and metal. I'll see how it mixes with berries but I tried mixing it with frozen mango and it was a mistake. Now it tastes like rancid milk and rusty metals poured into a glass that someone just drank a mango smoothie out of. If you are reading this, I am also very sorry that you had to look at the Peptamen product. It is very difficult to get sick. Get well soon, you or your loved ones.
