I have purchased several Perfect Cloud pillows over the years and like others this wedge pillow did not disappoint. It is comfortable to sleep with or without a pillow. The angle of the pillow has reduced my episodes of acid reflux. And the pillow can be rotated vertically to act as a headboard pillow when you sit up in bed.

I got this because my daughter recently had shoulder surgery and couldn't move her arm. Not only did this help her sleep comfortably, but it also made it easier to get out of bed without making her arm hurt any more. It is durable yet comfortable and well made. This would be the perfect article for anyone who has health issues that require them to sleep.

I am using this to help me recover from a spinal fusion. It helped a lot, I don't have to worry when my back is unsteady like leaning on pillows. I've found that to avoid drowning with a wedge in a bed or sofa, I have to sit on a flimsy throw pillow. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and can only recommend it.

The quality of the pillow was much better than I expected. Sturdy yet comfortable, it provides great support while watching TV or working on my laptop. My husband tried it and I noticed he snored a lot less which was a big plus for me. My daughter has also tried this when she was having sinus and ear issues trying to get up in her sleep. Went like clockwork! The only thing that could improve it is a case made for this size.

This pillow is really big and wide. It was hard for me to get used to and I'm still not 100%. I use a second feather pillow to wrap my neck better support. The foam is very hard at first but after a month or so it started to adapt better to my body. I bought this size on a doctor's recommendation but I wish I had one with a smaller rise (10 or 12 inches).Sleeping on your side or on your stomach is definitely uncomfortable.

This is a comfortable wedge heel with or without a cushion. I use a very fluffy down pillow for extra comfort when riding on my side and this wedge fits perfectly. I tend to slide off other elevated wedges and pillows, which causes a "pop" in my neck the next morning, but this wedge keeps me comfortable and somehow it helps me slide down easily.
