This is a small lens that fits on the Z50. The highlight of this lens is its 12mm focal length, which you won't find on a Nikon, Sigma or Tokina Z-mount. For less than $200 for a well made wide angle lens, I bought this for my Nikon Fc, the controls are smooth and the lens is sharp enough for the price. It's very nice to have a native mount for my fc. Understand that this is a cropped lens, so NOT for full frame. So about 18mm on my FC. Also, anything over 5ft is basically infinity, so many photos don't need to be focused, so manual focus isn't a big deal. Close up, I zoom in to make sure I'm sharp.
