There are no templates in the kit to show how to put animals on the box

wax paper and beads. I was very disappointed to learn that this kit does not come with instructions or templates on how to create animals. The box features an owl, a fox, etc., but the images are so small that it's almost impossible to recreate them without templates. We could understand the turtle as it came with a turtle shaped pegboard.

Please remember to check the package contents before purchasing. I did it, but it would be easy not to and then be disappointed. Note that you will only receive two animal shaped bead boards (rabbit and turtle) and not the large variety of animals depicted on the bucket. However, you can craft them on the included square and hexagonal boards if you like. My 3.5 year old loves making turtles and bunnies made for her; My 11, 9 and 6 year olds can create other animals shown in the photo and many…

Great range of colors but don't expect a bunch of each.

48 different colors make this a great buy, the only downside is you don't spread each color evenly. I only got about 40 beads on some colors, but it was a great way to get a good selection, and if you want to make "woodland creatures" you definitely get a decent amount of the traditional colors you need to make to manufacture them. This seemed like the best deal to get a good range of colors so I can figure out which ones I like best and want to buy full packs. I'm posting this with a picture…
