Power cord is missing

I received the item but it was incomplete. The power code was missing. There was no power cord. I can't use it at all without it. That's why I have to send it back.

Stops working after 15 minutes

I bought it a while ago but finally tried it for my Xbox 360 today. Xbox turned on, everything seemed fine, then I heard a pop and the adapter stopped working, and not only that, there was a smoky smell coming from the adapter. HORRIBLE AND POTENTIALLY FIRE HAZARD

Does not work on Xbox systems

The order says it's new but it doesn't work. I would give zero stars but you have to give at least one. I went to the outlet and there was a spark. Now the PSU smells fried. There are 3 slots visible on the male end of the cable and only 2 pins on the female end. My performance is good. I hooked up a small freezer.

Did I do well with accessory

I've been taking care of my 360 for a while because I refuse to pay money for a next gen console so it's a $20 patch that keeps me from spending $200+ . At the same time, he does what he was created to do. I've only had it a month so I can't say how long it will last. Although it is noisy, the first time I turned on my 360 after connecting there was no sound but every time as it buzzes loudly which lasts for several minutes and then stops.
