Firstly if you are looking for a quiet toy this is a good choice, even at full power a small fan will drown out the noise. I have had this product for about a month now and it has become my favorite toy. I'm telling you I'm hard to please and this wand is amazing! Set it to level 3 (press the middle button 2 times) and play around with the intensity settings - the top button. You'll thank me :) Con: I wish the buttons weren't black. It was a great product until the battery died. Then I found that the charger wasn't working. It was too late to return it, so I was stuck with a product I can't use. I will look elsewhere for a different charger. The problem with the charger is that the "daddy" is too small to charge it. It's not quite. I find it really ironic and a little hysterical. Here I have a product that will solve some of my "male body parts" issues, but the male parts let me down. The story of my life.
