Very user friendly and clear simple learning curve

The best thing about this system is that it's very easy to use for new users, so they can learn how their software works easily without any confusion or problems at all! I don't have anything bad i dislike in PerView as of now but we're trying out some other features like chat with customers etc which are still being tested right not yet finalized though there wont be many changes if its already finalised because everything currently seems good enought from my end point view :) If you want an…

Great Goal Tracker/Performance Management Software

The most helpful feature is the ability to track progress of employees in their goals. It's great that it also tracks your own goals, as well! I dislike how the system sometimes doesn't update when you're logged out for a long period of time. Sometimes it will not even let you log back in if you are currently working in the system. It's a great way to keep everyone on the same page with regards to goals and progress. It makes it easy to see what each employee has been doing, and where they are

It is easy to use, it has all of our required modules for payroll administration in one place!
