The most helpful feature is the ability to track progress of employees in their goals. It's great that it also tracks your own goals, as well! I dislike how the system sometimes doesn't update when you're logged out for a long period of time. Sometimes it will not even let you log back in if you are currently working in the system. It is easy to use, it has all of our required modules for payroll administration in one place!
