The most helpful feature is the ability to track progress of employees in their goals. It's great that it also tracks your own goals, as well! I dislike how the system sometimes doesn't update when you're logged out for a long period of time. Sometimes it will not even let you log back in if you are currently working in the system. It's a great way to keep everyone on the same page with regards to goals and progress. It makes it easy to see what each employee has been doing, and where they are at with their goals.
