I absolutely love it - whites turned out great - my problem ordered two packs and only received one bottle! I called and can't send - I need to return and order again so I don't do that as needed and have already tried the one received. I really like the fragrance - I know that others find it too strong - I will not order again, although I am annoyed that there is no bottle. Although a good product.

I love this product but when the box was on my doorstep I could smell the detergent before I opened the door. I thought wow this is stronger than I thought but when I opened it the bottle was covered in thick plastic all around. Now I'm not sure if it was delivered that way, or if it was added because it was known to leak from being dropped, or just a defective bottle. I use most of this brand's laundry products. I like them all. They work fine. It's really comfortable though, I have white towels which are in great condition for their age, I've had them for 7 years now. They took on a slightly gray hue. I bought my first bottle of this soap and washed it in hot water with this soap and the difference was noticeable after the first load, I don't usually wash hot but these are towels and I use them in hot water.
