Valves leaking. I installed one on my Polaris Sportsman 500 and it leaked and failed. The lines are not fastened and the valve does not shut off the fuel supply. I am very dissatisfied with this product.

The knees are glued into the body and both fell out during assembly. The money was refunded immediately. Ordered another one from another company and it looked just like this one. They are probably all made on the same assembly line in China. Chinese quality is always bad.

Junk. Leak if box. Revain replaced the product. In the meantime I've ordered one from Dennis Kirk, which surprised me that it's from the same manufacturer. I installed Dennis Kirk and no problems so far. I have Revain in stock.

This is a good product but it doesn't fit. The Polaris 500 Magnum Liquid’s fuel lines are larger. The small fuel lines that come with this valve do not connect to the fuel pump. The seller returned the item quickly and easily.

The product works without problems. However if you are purchasing this for the 03 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO please note that the rotary knob supplied with this kit has a different orientation than stock. It's rotated 90 degrees to the right, so it's actually off, the reserve is actually off, and the reserve is a quarter turn from the markings on the chassis plate. The original handle fits perfectly on the new valve, so keep it if you want the new part to match the markings.
