Wrong in the pocket. on Motorcycle & Powersports

Everything is fine except for the size of the fuel line. The top is original from the crf80f 2005. The replacement is too big.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Wow just wow. for the fuel system

Good Lorth, it's so perfect I felt like the guy who built it built the bike. Really amazing thing. No leaks to date so impressed with things overall.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Expandable

Close to the XR 50, but not quite right.

Some modifications required. The O-ring is not as thick as the original and does not seal. The gas line fitting is 1/4" instead of 3/16" like the original valve.

Pros
  • Inexpensive
Cons
  • Reliability

NOT EXACT MATCH: Gas tanks

Had to downsize the fuel line to get the right tap like 1/4 and carbs like 1/8 may be missing the exact size but I think you understand mounting holes are also drilled The holes are about .020 larger for the included bushings to fit, but at least it's not a riveted valve cover so it can be repaired, unlike the factory Honda and it was a 16 that was already leaking around the valve. .

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Modern

A piece of junk. on gas tanks

Bought because it was cheap. You get what you pay for. The fuel line nipple on the 2000 xr400 is too big. forced to turn on the line. crank the gas up and the thing pours out the face (handle) of the valve like crazy. I thought I'd just send it back. When I pulled out a gas line that was too narrow for this faucet, the nipple burst. Only then in the garbage. Oh and the o-ring was too small, had to use the old one. It is NOT meant to fit the 2000 XR70. Hope you have better luck.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic
