is perfect for our table tree. Third time ordering, I buy in red and love it. I used to buy silver but I can't find it so I decided to order it again. To be honest it wasn't as well made as the red one. maybe a new one would be better. I prefer to hang stars on a tree and they are not easy to find for a small tree. PS arrived today in perfect condition!

It has a narrow opening and is heavy. This means it's running on a very thin upper branch that will sag. Make sure you buy this for a thin but durable upper. This worked for my tree because it has a narrow top branch but is strong. I was expecting something very easy. It's tough and tougher than average. Much heavier than average. Most of these toppers are heavier in paper weight; It's a metal weight.

It ended up looking "cute" on my tree, but I have to say it's definitely not $6 worth. I have a feeling I could create this myself or find it at a dollar store. And make sure you read the description, I didn't and when I received it it was a lot smaller than I expected. I have very small female hands and as you can see in the photo they are about the size of my hand. Also, the glitter was already gone on one side and I could see the red material showing through, so I had to turn it over and use

This is a very cute little star but it arrived crumpled, missing glitter and showing white plastic underneath. I'll try to patch it up but if I had seen it at the dollar store I would hardly have bought it. Also, the trunk is narrow, and despite the fact that I have a small tree, I have to wrap wire around the pine needles to get the tip to fit on the top branch - if I use it at all. It's the perfect size for a small tree (mine is 4ft) - if it weren't so battered I'd feel better!

I bought this because I needed a star for our 4ft Christmas tree and I saw a review that said it was perfect for her tree. I personally think that's not enough. It looked more like it was meant to be a decoration so I went to the hobby lobby and got two different sized stars, a 10 inch and a 12 inch.
