This product did not work at all. My cat was horrified and urinated outside the box. The front end is too low. I don't want to deal with packing or returns from UPS. I want to return my card. Many Thanks

Product dimensions are not correct. The pan is only 9 inches high at the back. The product description states a height of 14 inches. A frying pan won't work if you have a kitty that needs a high-backed frying pan.

One end only 6 1/2 inches! The first urine came out. If only they gave all sizes! My cat needs high walls around it. Back to my storage basket, maybe a size bigger. He is 16 years old and can jump over his head. He doesn't turn around and decides to pee on the high side. So maybe I could use a little stool if I take a higher basket. Anyway, I spent $20.

Older Petmate Hi-Back trays had square corners. Not only is this current version half an inch shorter in height, but it also has rounded corners, making it difficult to scoop with a square hand scoop.
