I've read reviews that mention the screw cover keeps popping out. The same thing happened to me over and over again, my son tore it off because it wasn't quite flush. The reason it doesn't hold up is because the snug fit doesn't allow air to escape and the air pressure pushes it back out. I ended up drilling a very small hole on either side of the piece to allow air to escape (see photo). After the modification, the lid no longer came off, which upset my son but made me happy. This is a great walker for advanced users (for a child who is not leaning on it for balance) and as a wheelchair for a child who is it still can't ride on a jogger.
