Recently changed jobs in a very warm environment and this fan was a must! The fan is pretty powerful for such a small thing. The noise level is normal, could be better. However, when I opened it up, the stand that connects to the fan was not screwed on, and the washer holding the screw in place was missing. I have to keep checking the screw as it moves during use. I think you get what you pay for.

This is my third! GREAT! I use two in different areas and gave one away. LOVE IT. A bit noisy but one of the most powerful small fans I've had for desktop use. Perfect for sitting by your laptop to keep it cool - great for the office where you need some airflow. Very powerful motor - four steel blades - compared to others, even the most fashionable! Robust construction.

I bought this one because of the color and the reviews seem promising, but compared to other desktop fans I've used in the past, this fan hardly produced any airflow. I probably placed it only 3ft from where I was seated and couldn't feel anything, which explains why it's so quiet. I had to move my hand back a foot or less to notice, and even then it was ah. Someday I'll be back 'cause cute or not, it won't help. Mom is pregnant and needs good air circulation while working!

I know this fan works very well because everyone in my office has one. This is a really great personal lil fan so I ordered one in my favorite color. The packaging was badly crumpled on arrival but it was shipped from China so I figured it would be ok. I plugged it in and it didn't work. So I emailed the guy on the little label in the box. I decided between this fan and the other because it listed mint green as a color and the other brand had turquoise (which I saw green or blue). I am very disappointed that this color was powder blue instead of mint green. I drew it next to my mint green 40 ounce water bottle (both for size and color reference). This little fan is so cute! I was surprised but pleased at the same time how tiny it is but fits my space perfectly. I needed a small, quiet fan that tilted downwards to blow air in my face when I was sitting at my desk so I could still cool down when I turned off the ceiling fan (it made an awful background noise while I was sitting talking to friends about a game .)
