Great product ordered a smaller one but it wasn't what I ordered so they were kind enough to upgrade me for free. once again great product

I really liked it, quality is good but too small for my pipes. I gifted it to my daughter who has a smaller set but she said it's almost impossible to put them on because of the handle at the end of the tubes. There's no way to send back, so we're stuck.

My order was for 18" x 18" covers. They ran out of product in that size and sent me 24" x 24" cases at no extra cost which was much appreciated. I had to bend and bend to get them to fit. I charge my clients for this and the overall package left a lot to be desired, but they really did the job.

My fountain has an extra filter which makes isolation difficult. I briefly used the spare insulation but it got wet in heavy rain. This XL hat was tight but it fit. It was easy to install. Haven't experienced extreme cold yet so didn't get 5 stars for warmth or durability but so far so good.

It was very easy to install on my sprinkler system. Seems to be a good design. This is my first year of using it so we'll see how durable it is, but first impressions are that it will hold up well. The cord at the bottom is very handy for tightening it around the base of the system and preventing it from being blown away.

Do not order this item. I've tried 3 times and they keep sending a smaller cover. I order 24x24 and they keep sending 18x18 cover art. Wait until autumn, maybe the manufacturer will pluck up courage and put the right product in the box. Now I have to keep sending the product back and am wasting my time. Total BS.
