It was fine until I installed it.

After installation, the angle of the hand hose was too close to the wall, although this is not a problem with the product, just the length of the original pipe. But I still forced. Made a little turn. The big downside is that the hand shower doesn't fit in the sleeve mount. It was enough for me to take it with me and give it away. Sorry I had to post a photo to show why I removed it.

Broke after second use

Worked well the first time I used it, but on my second shower I wanted to adjust the position of the shower head and it started leaking all over. I shut off the water and went to tighten the base and the plastic part just broke. I'm not that strong and used my hand not a wrench that should tell you the quality of this shower head. Also, the hose is very stiff, doesn't flex well and sags.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Inflexible plastic hose

The shower head looks good but I hate the hose. I will show a photo of the hose next to the Moen hose. Moen is lying straight, but I can't get Pfister to do the same, so it's never going to hang right in the shower. The hose is made out of some sort of soft plastic casing, while the Moen is made up of individual sections to allow for flexibility. As you can see in the picture I can't make it straight because it takes this shape immediately. Cheap.

  • Finally bought

Terrible Hose - Hand Shower

I love the look of this shower head. I also like that it was easy to install and the amount of water that came out was perfect for us. My only issue and the reason I can't use it is the unmanaged hose. It has no flexibility. It's tough and hard even after trying to use it for a week. I ended up getting tired of struggling with this and reinstalled the showerhead which I replaced with this one. If the hose was of better quality I could give it 5 stars but it is no longer usable.

  • Sleek Design

Overall a good choice. Stylish looks but not big bucks

I will only use two of the three settings on this beautiful hand shower. The rest just isn't strong enough. However, I really like the classic atomizer and the smaller one is more like rain. It looks like brushed metal because most of it is. This quality and price are in no way unreasonable. In fact, this is a decent price for a premium look. I either need a more aggressive shower head, more water pressure, or both. Then I can have a 5-star installation. At the moment this is a solid 4 star…

  • Good stuff

Go with the flow for kitchen and bathroom accessories

We have somewhat mixed feelings about this shower head. Here are some of our thoughts and observations, in no particular order: The resulting much lower water pressure would be a big adjustment. We went from about 2.5 gpm to 1.8. And yes, while you can adjust the water jet to make it feel "bigger," it's not exactly the same. I think that's a good thing for water protection. However, I don't have enough water pressure. It rises MUCH higher than our old shower. It is now a few inches higher than…
