Well done - low current. It would be nice to have LEDs on the ends of the lamps to project more light from the lamp end onto the taillight housings without a lot of reflective material inside.

I have a Ford Escape 05 and installed this bulb in my reverse lights today. In daylight it's hard to tell if it's brighter than the stock bulb, but it's noticeably whiter. These bulbs are polarity sensitive. So if they don't work, just flip them over and they'll light up. Like others, I want them to have a projector at the top of the light that shines directly onto the lens like other lights do. If they don't produce as much light in use as standard halogen I'll return them and get something…

Bought these to increase the power of my reverse lights on my 2017 F150. They work significantly better than incandescent bulbs. I see more light projected through reflectors. So much so that where light is not projected/reflected, it becomes painfully obvious. I like the brightness and color. I don't like that the light pattern doesn't match incandescent bulbs.
