Hard to find a better size bulb

Really appreciate you found this size. Many boats, especially RVs, require these sizes and there aren't many places that have them.

Ideal for light bulbs

I took a porcelain lamp, put it in, put in a light bulb and attached it to the battery. Works great and suits my use case well when doing a stress test on my battery with a 4.1 amp load.

Cons

Bulb works ok good for incandescent

I have a 12 volt emergency bulb that I use around the farm to run equipment that would normally be far from electricity. I just put the clips on the battery and get to work. The lamp works very well in the light and requires some rough handling.

  • Price
Cons

That works great. With 12 volts I can use it when powered.

I installed it in my camper van's water pump compartment to keep it warm in the winter. I can let it out with a switch on a cold night and not worry about the pump freezing. That works great. With 12 volts I can use when electricity is not available. Was in operation all winter and is still burning. Should last a few more winters.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • thin

12 volt bulb

I love bulbs, I run them on a solar panel when I have a surplus of solar energy. * I define excess energy as a full bank of batteries. The light is very comfortable and pleasant - dinner looks better with an incandescent lamp, reading is less tiring on the eyes. I have no idea how long this will last, but I'm hoping for long life for incandescent bulbs. The only complaint I have relates to the shipping of the Revain - it was sent in a plastic bag with no liner. Somehow he came to me safely! I'm
