💡 Philips 7440NA LongerLife Miniature Bulb: Reliable and Long-lasting, 2 Pack Review

Replaced ugly headlights on an aging car and upgraded all lightbulbs. It fits perfectly and brightens everything up nicely.

Will not fit the 2008 Toyota Avalon rear turn signal port. As others have pointed out, the base configuration is an issue.

Bought for a 2008 Honda CRV which Revain says will fit. The glass bead at the bottom of the bulb tab is longer than it should be and therefore prevents the bulb from snapping into the harness. Doesn't work on my machine, very dissatisfied. Get the right fit, Revane!

later It was supposed to fit my 2013 Toyota Prius C but there is a piece of glass protruding from the bottom of the bulb preventing it from being fully inserted (see my photo ) . The original lamp has a very short elongation. I tried snapping off the extension cord and it fit fine and worked for a while, but when I snapped that tab air got into the bulb and it quickly burned out (Sylvania 7440A bulbs worked instead. No problem).

The product described in Revain shows that the product fits a 2007 Honda Odyssey. The picture shows it with a transparent bottom and a pull tab that is half the size of what I received. The lamp that came was all yellow and the tongue was too big to fit in the socket. The base of the bulb should be clear, not amber. This isn't the only vendor showing off the bulb for a 2007 Honda Odyssey. It's not like this!

Attention Honda owners! This is not compatible with the 2007 Honda Fit (and possibly other Hondas as well), although Revain claims it is. One of the small triangular glass protrusions on the wedge is slightly larger than the stock bulbs, making it impossible to fit into the lamp socket. I also bought a pair of Sylvania 7440 for the reverse lights and a pair of Sylvania 7443 for the rear brake lights and they fit with no problems. I just ordered a Sylvania 7440A to replace the warning lights…
