Fluorescent lights are working again

I hate the ballast that fluorescent lights require but it's on a photocell and I can't convert it to LED. This ballast, along with new bulbs, did the trick.

Pros
  • Rugged design
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Replacement Ballast for Sadelite

Used to replace the ballast in Northern Lights Sadelite 10,000 (http://www.amazon.com/Sadelite-Spectrum-Light-Therapy-Beige/dp/B000YQNGII). , and has been working for this purpose 2 years.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Only available in White

Good product best in ballasts

I have been a professional home improvement for 14 years. It was a perfect and easy replacement for a CFL downlight and the price here was better than my local electricity supplier. I would buy this again.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Exact replacement for my air conditioner UV light unit.

11/19/13. It works and is exactly the same as the one he replaced, only he died. Removing the wires from the old one and putting them in these was easy once you understood how the wire holders work. It has worked flawlessly since installation.

Pros
  • Excellent work efficiency
Cons
  • Doubt

Perfect. fits ballasts

This replaces the 42w ballast on my Blue Max craft lamp. The first regular ballast failed and was replaced under warranty. The second failed under warranty. Poor reliability led me to this Philips unit at 1/3 the price of the Blue Max unit. It has pluggable wire connectors and you really need to use #18 solid wire as advertised. Stranded will not work. easy to install,

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cord shorter than others
