I didn't know how to rate it as my husband uses it and he has a disability. He doesn't always give me the most accurate description of things. But I wanted it to use something simple and it seems to be working as expected. I no longer shave with the blade in the shower and use it every day - dry. It works quite well, not as close as a blade, but close enough for all but formal occasions and special occasions. I've had it for maybe 6 months now, I use it daily on light to medium facial hair and rarely charge it - twice since I've had it.
