I purchased this from another store that has their headquarters in Arkansas. I put in fresh, brand new batteries. When we turned it on my son said it was getting hot. It later stopped working and when I took the iPod Touch out of the case I noticed that the bottom hard case (green and black) started to melt! Please don't waste your money on this device.

I bought this for my son's iPod Touch as he always takes it with him on long car rides. Pros: I like the extended battery life. The product works fine. Thanks to the material, which is pleasant to the touch, it fits well in the hand. Being very durable, it provides extra protection for the back and sides of my son's iPod. Cons: I wish the front edges were deeper to better protect the front of my son's iPod. The part that connects to my son's iPod moves a lot when I take it out or put it in. It…
