The LCD screen turned white after 30 days. We called Digium, they told us it was not under warranty and they hung up.

I had about 15 D40's and decided to upgrade and try the D60. This is a great phone. Works perfectly. The speaker quality is excellent. I love the big color screen!

We have used D60/D62, D65 and D80 in our company. The D62 is similar to the D60, except the D62 has Gig Ethernet. They were very easy to set up and our staff love the color displays. Not to mention all the cool features the phone offers when connected to Switchvox.

Great phone but if I could do better I would buy a phone a step up that supports Bluetooth and a few more programmable speed dials. Key. There are several major brands of business SIP phones on the market. One of the reasons I buy Digium is that they offer Asterisk for free, which is an amazingly good SIP trunking program. -- but yes, phones are very good too. The previous generation had black and white screens, now it's a color screen, which is really cool. otherwise the same simple phone.

Works pretty well but has a few annoyances. The handset falls off the cradle too easily. It has a reversible wall hook, but even with that hook it can tip over too easily. Also, it doesn't have a physical button for the receiver, instead using a magnet or something similar. I'm used to the physical button so I can press it with my finger while holding the phone to hang up and start a new call. Yes you can press the button on the face of the phone but our other office phones work differently so…
