Works pretty well but has a few annoyances. The handset falls off the cradle too easily. It has a reversible wall hook, but even with that hook it can tip over too easily. Also, it doesn't have a physical button for the receiver, instead using a magnet or something similar. I'm used to the physical button so I can press it with my finger while holding the phone to hang up and start a new call. Yes you can press the button on the face of the phone but our other office phones work differently so I'm forced to change my default habits with just this particular phone. Annoying, but not enough to make me switch back. The color display looks cool, but it's not easy to set up. The sound quality is good, the connection to the telephone system and the setup are easy. There is a bit of a lack of documentation on advanced features. The main advantage of this phone over third-party phones is that it is the only brand that allows integration with softphones on the Switchvox PBX. Basically, it annoys me that I have to buy this brand because Digium deliberately limits third-party phone support to its Switchvox platform. Shadi, to put it mildly.
