Very bright for only 18W Installation is easy but professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with this type of installation.

We have a large backyard in the country so no city lights. We connected it to our porch light and just turn the light on or off when we need it. It illuminates a very large area and we like it very much.

Non-standard mounting base in the form of a plug-in lamp. The problem will be that by then everything will be a mess. It would be difficult to find a replacement that fits the mounting base. You will receive two lamps in a box. The lights are bright and work as they should. The price is great.

I like the bright and white light, much better than the HPS bulb he replaced with double the power. But assembly took a long time as the back panel had to be attached to the junction box and this required special screws as the previous light was mounted differently so another trip to the hardware store and the cables have to go through a very small hold. which should be aligned that way. The mounts could have been better.

The light works great! However, I have an old mounting box and the mounting bracket doesn't completely cover the gap and I had to route the wires through the slots in the mounting bracket that came with it. I just used a couple of shims to even out the spacing and suppose if you have a modern box you shouldn't have any problems. Switching the lights on and off depending on the time of day is not a problem and the light output is perfect. for what i wanted!
