It is short-lived but reusable with proper care. This is the second time I use it. It only tears easily on the sides (small tears) and has a very rough texture making it easy to tear if blown away. But I've had it for about 2 months and it's holding up well.

I really liked this background! It perfectly matched my vision for my daughter's light up party and some of them even glowed in black light which I wasn't expecting. I just added the cut letters, painted and glued them and they didn't fall off! The background was of excellent quality, I had to smooth out the creases but it was expected and they smoothed out with no problem! Very happy with this product!
