This is definitely a tinted moisturizer, not a full foundation. However, I'm not a heavy makeup girl, so this really works for me. I have fair skin and fair/natural suits my skin tone very well. I have hypersensitive skin and this is one of the few cheap and affordable brands I have ever worn. Seriously, I'm allergic to almost all brands of cosmetics and this product has never caused the slightest reaction. I haven't found a foundation for a long time - my skin is getting old, any foundation makes up my makeup, even the lightest mineral powder. Love this product. It goes well with my skin tone, slightly dewy. When you first apply it you can smell the lavender essential oil (since I love essential oils this doesn't bother me at all).
