Pibbs Twin Turbo 3800 Ionic & Ceramic Hair Dryer - Black: Efficiency and Style Combined Review

I love this hair dryer! I had a 2200 Twin Turbo for 19 years (yes, you read that right!) until it finally died on me. I bought this to replace and it's even more amazing! It dries my hair even faster than my previous one, which I didn't think was possible. I highly recommend this hair dryer or any Twin Turbo!

Bought to replace my previous Twin Turbo which I bought as a stylist almost a decade ago. I absolutely love it and can't recommend it enough.

I ordered this hair dryer - took it home to use - the hot air button does not work. The cold worked well and it blew cold air but no air when the hot button was pressed. Sent the original back and asked for a replacement. Got a replacement and same problem. I turned it on, it worked fine when cold, but didn't work at all when hot. So now I'm asking for a refund and buying directly from the seller instead of through Revain. do not buy from this seller!

It's worth the cost. As you can imagine, this is a professional hair dryer, but there's a reason for that. IT'S HOT !get shiny hair After using the cool setting (and it's really cool!) it closes your hair cuticle. If you're not a pro you may notice this. This dryer does it amazingly fast. I have curly hair and this is a REAL CURL BUSTER when you want to straighten up.

Twin Turbo has a good reputation. This dryer has very low airflow at high speeds and smells burnt. I was pretty excited that it arrived, now I'm just a little disappointed.

I am a professional hairdresser with 37 years of experience and I always buy a Solano brand hair dryer. I really like my Twin Turb 3800 Ionic & Ceramic 21 Pibbs. Ionic & Ceramic really gives your hair shine and a great finish. 2100W is very hot and dries quickly! I structure my hair a bit and the results are amazing. A good solid hair dryer for a professional stylist.

This is not a genuine salon product. I noticed that when drying, the hair is fluffy and the cuticles are not smoothed out, as high temperatures should be. Took it to the salon for a second opinion. The owner of the salon said that it doesn't warm up enough. And there is no way to call the company. It's like the insert, "If you buy this product from AMAZON or Ebay, we won't honor our guarantee," so why should that be? Love this hair dryer. It has a nice thick cord that gives it plenty of power (hence reducing drying time) without overheating. It's not very high in terms of noise either. Comes with an adaptive nozzle for precise drying. Its worth it!

I bought 4 of these for my salon and after a year and a half they stopped working. I trusted the brand because the previous one I got lasted 10 years and I use it every day. I invest a lot of $140 x $4560 total just to last one year, its not worth it. What happened to the brand used to be good and now they sell refurbished products and are unfair to customers. I used to love this brand and now I'm so disappointed.
