broke after only 1 week of use. I contacted the company and asked them to send new material. They asked me to send them a photo of the torn material, which I did. Then the company sent me a brand new product, frame and fabric material. I would say that this company solved the problem beyond my expectations. I hope the new canvas material is more durable.

So what! I am sooo disappointed in this product! The instructions are very vague but understandable, this is not a one person job trying to balance and hold things and the bars are NOT the same size! The instructions say NO WHERE they are different sizes but they are clearly different when I tried to put them on the other side 🤬 where should I go next? I paid extra to get it the next day too!

I really like this bookshelf. Very easy to assemble and looks beautiful live. Keep in mind that his size and build are designed to allow young children access to books. This is not your typical large adult bookshelf. I love that the bookshelf is soft and makes books easily accessible for my child. I feel secure in having furniture that won't fall on my child or hurt them if they accidentally fall or bump into it. Excellent purchase.

Excellent product for teachers. It's small, easy to assemble with a screwdriver, and easily fits into tight classroom spaces. I use it to organize important books for my students to read and due to Covid-19 I had to pack the books for a quick exit! The case became quite thin after being filled to the brim, but the product itself was solid as the screws were properly tightened. You may need to tighten them every few months if you move them a lot. I have bought many more of these!
