So comfortable, well made and very versatile! Don't shave! I just lit the baking mat. 😔 Also, don't use aluminum foil on a baking tray, it discolours the baking pan.

I bought this set for my daughter's first apartment. I ended up buying another set. Slightly deeper than most 1/4 sheet pans, ideal for roasting vegetables etc.

Item arrived and looked great. until I removed the grate from the pan. The grate was obviously too big for the pan, so the legs of the cooling rack pushed the pan out, pushing it in and scratching the surface. I have returned the item to Amazon for a full refund. However, I am very disappointed.

The first thing that struck me when the set arrived was how well the silicone mat and trivet fit the pan. I waited to review until I used it. I made bacon wrapped scallops and was amazed at how perfectly they cooked. I hand washed the mat to make sure I washed off all the grease which was very easy. The rack and pan went in the dishwasher and came out great! I can't wait to use a silicone mat when I do holiday baking. This is a great set!

Originally I was just looking for a good, durable baking sheet for making dinner trays. Then I saw this set and thought it was a great price! I read other reviews and decided to purchase. I love it! The sheet metal shell does not warp or bend even at higher temperatures and is easy to clean. The frame is dishwasher safe and very durable. It was exactly what I was looking for but most were either much more expensive or I had to buy each item individually (which also ended up costing me more Has ). The quality "out of the box" is more than adequate. The only thing is that the baking mat is always slightly larger than the area of the bottom of the baking sheet, so the edges are slightly against the side walls.
