Straps are a problem. need to sew

fine beautiful bag but terrible straps. it would be better if there were eyelets on the straps. I'm a full-time student and I use a canvas backpack because I have to adjust the straps several times a day. is at home now. will take somewhere over time to replace the straps.

. 6 year old leather Piel backpack which I love but has lost some color

Purchased to replace my black 6 year old traditional Piel leather backpack which I love but has discolored in places. I was disappointed with the quality of this new one. The leather felt like cardboard and wasn't of the same quality as its predecessor.

Attention: plastic fittings!

Website description says "quality hardware" I wish I had noticed before using that the buckles on the straps are plastic. I would come back in a heartbeat. Maybe it's high quality plastic. This is my third Piel bag and the first with this problem. So sad because the skin is beautiful and the bag is well made. Maybe it's a cheap piece made specifically for Revain.
