As mentioned in many reviews, the snake was too big to fit in the ear! Legitimate decoration, but if you have short cartilage it won't work. It's made for calibration measurements, but the Serpentine doesn't fit at all.

Long line. But since my ear has healed, it fits well. I can't have 1.5 inch rods in my piercing. It should have been longer. And I wear the snake at night or during the day. But not longer. Don't buy if you have a shorter industry. But now it's my favorite

Love this item! It is so sweet! My only issue is that since my ear is a bit small, the industrial piercing barely fits the snake, so it's not comfortable to wear for more than 8-10 hours at a time before my ear gets sick. I think if I wear it longer, my ear will stretch with it and it will be more comfortable to wear it longer.

Oh god guys listen to me I fixed the snake too big problem just bends it a little I pressed mine against a hard surface and it squeezed it together a little better try moving the bar before inserting your ear to make sure it's still at the right angle for work and oh my god it fits now and I have plenty of room on the sides. Try it. I think you will be impressed

Oh it was so beautiful and I was so happy to receive it! Two problems, firstly it was very difficult to put on, I thought both balls would come loose but they wouldn't come off and it took me over an hour to put them on. Second, it was terribly uncomfortable on my ear so I had to take it off and because it's so difficult to put on I haven't put it back on since. But it's very cute and I'd love to wear it.

The problem is not the size. The snake ornament is cheaply made. The first day I thought the pain I was feeling was just an adjustment to the piercing. I got progressively worse and after a week I couldn't sleep on that side. I've had this piercing for two years. It's very healed. By the end of the week it was becoming painful to the touch so I took it out.
