Pierced Owl Handcrafted Spiral Taper Plugs with White Iridescent Glass, Sold in Pairs Review

I'm almost back because the shapes are a bit off (doesn't match) but nothing in life is perfect, I'm planning a review soon anyway. They are pretty good, decent weight and quality.

Love the size. But I must say that they look very different from the photo. They are opaque white with some sheen. In the picture they appear almost transparent with a polished surface. They are good enough but I would order a different color if I knew.

Received mine today and was very disappointed when I opened them up and noticed quite a significant size difference between the two spools. The one on the right is a solid 10mm, 00g. The one on the left seems to be somewhere between 7/16" and 1/2" and too big to fit in a 10mm hole. The spirals themselves are a very beautiful opaque white glass with an iridescent sheen.

Arrived safely. Very unhappy with the fact that they are literally 2 VERY different sizes. My husband measured with calipers. They measured 4.53 and 3.93. 1 is too big for me and the other one is too small. Will ask for a refund. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to this one. You are very beautiful. These coils look good although they don't look very much like the pictures in the product description which was disappointing. My biggest issue with them is that they are two different sizes. Visually, this is more noticeable in humans, but is particularly noticeable when trying to insert spirals. I was able to fit one, but couldn't fit the other in either ear. This is obviously a big issue considering I was going to wear them as a pair and they are meant to be worn that way.

They were marked as the right size for my ears (6g) but the ones I received are actually a size larger than this (4g) so I have to they stretch holes. a little to adjust them whenever I want to wear them. I have to do this often as it's easier to find 4g gauges but this was inconvenient as I ordered these for my anniversary holiday with my husband and didn't want my ears to hurt using them. I bought these 'used' picks from Revain and they came with someone's ear dust. 🤢 After 48 hours of soaking in alcohol and bathing in hot water, I tried them on. They are different sizes. One is slightly larger than 0 and the other is 00. I know they are glass and probably handmade so I won't be hard on sizing. But Amazon, which sells second-hand, had to be cleared before reselling.
