Bought to mark my writings. They do not seep through the thin pages of my LDS writings, although they do double in places. I love that the set is color coded so you can write down who, what, when, where, why and then make notes in black too. This makes it a little easier to see my scripture study with a consistent color code. Pens write and underline fluently. I love writing with these pens.

The picture shows me coloring with pencils and soft crayons, the dark colors in my Bible are pencils (pink and purple). I think the pens are very pretty and don't bleed through the pages. You don't have to press the page hard when coloring, and the thin point makes it easy to stay within the lines. Now if you press hard on the page I assume it will show through like any other marker

I LOVE THESE MARKERS! I use them for almost anything that requires color coding or note-taking. I'm a serious note taker in general, so they've proven more useful than what I bought them for. 0.05 is a bit thick for Bible writing, but I've gotten used to it. As with any marker, just don't press too hard or for too long and it works great. This would be a great stocking stuffer or gift for any college student!

These pens are great for writing Bible texts. I've tried every type of gel highlighter, regular highlighter, and just about anything else you can think of, and I've found that underlining with different colors is the least obtrusive way of emphasizing a specific verse. I use red for everything God says, green for places, blue for people, purple for acts of God and the Holy Spirit, and yellow for personal favorites.

FAVORITE purchase! I can switch colors when I need to make a note or when a sermon has been delivered before simply using a different color. I dated all references to my sermons and just changed the color. It's nice to see the same link from another year and see what stands out for the new thread. When I was looking for bible journal ideas these pens were recommended to me so I bought a set. They were well packaged in an easy to open plastic bag.
