FOOD GRADE, SMOKER SAFE: Non-toxic and smoker safe! Approved for direct food contact, our pink butcher paper holds juices in while still letting steam escape, making it the perfect choice for smoking meats. HEAVY-DUTY: No more wimpy paper! Our high-grade butcher paper fibers provide superior strength that won't fall apart when soaked in oil or food juices, making it ideal for Texas Style BBQ. UNWAXED: Wax coatings meant to strengthen paper can seep into meats and effect their flavor. Don't compromise! Our pink butcher paper is 100% uncoated, able to withstand moisture and heat while preserving the taste of your meat. RUSTIC LOOK - For the BBQ enthusiast, taste is what matters most, but that doesn’t mean presentation has to go out the window. Every Smoked BBQ meal that cooks for that long deserves an enticing presentation; either as a rustic table cover at a backyard BBQ or as a unique tray liner at a local BBQ joint. Meat Hugger’s Pink (or Peach, depending on the person) Butcher Paper will elevate any occasion with its application.

Works perfectly!

worked great, bought peach grill paper. I've never used peach paper, just regular brown butcher paper. I haven't had a direct comparison, but looking at the paper in some light it looks like the peach paper isn't as dense and lets in more vapor and air. I bought the 50 feet for less than $12 but after ordering I found that they were different sizes and lengths. Could have had 175 feet for $4 more.

Of course, that's not enough for pork shoulder juice.

Not sure if this is a bad batch or if this manufacturer just makes a terrible product. I tried using this butcher paper to wrap a pork shoulder that I was slow smoking. Once I had the pork on paper, I folded the sides and the bottom fell apart completely. The liquid almost immediately turned that paper to a pulp. Also, the 18 inch reel is too small, I should have taken a bigger size.

  • Disposable

Works great as a tri-tip!

I love this butcher paper. It's a huge roll and works great! I give each side of the tritype directly over the hot coals for about 15 minutes, then move it to the other side of the grill and let it cook at 250 degrees for about 1 more hour. At this point I wrap it snugly in butcher paper and put it back on the 250 indirect heat grill for another 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Honestly it's so delicious I think the longer it cooks the better! Butcher paper keeps the moisture in and my wife loves that her…
