I broke off the top of the chamber when trying to clean the inside but used a rock to smooth the surface flatten and continue to use. In general, I like the color, size, water flow rate, cooking time! The lid-to-kettle ratio doesn't match, resulting in a loose lid, but that's not a deal breaker. Happy to own it.

nice kettle. This is a ceramic teapot, not a piece of plastic. Being tossed around is not the right thing to do. A real kettle lid requires a finger on the top of the lid when pouring. You should not overfill the kettle and this kettle comes with instructions. I love this teapot and would love to give it to any tea lover 💕

The kettle looks great and cooks great. But this kettle has been with me since the end of June and it no longer works today, November 10th. I would like to add that I contacted the seller and he told me to contact Revain. Of course nobody will replace my product even if it is under warranty. The seller took my details and said he would send a replacement but never did.

I loved this one so much I bought another one for a friend who loved it. Two problems: the shifter stopped working and my husband had to disassemble it. Still not stable. Second, the lid also gets hot and the handle at the top is hard to touch, so the lid won't fall off without using an oven mitt. I'm going to knit a small cap for the lid handle that I can leave in place.

The first order was in used packaging and there was terrible dregs inside. They quickly sent a replacement and spirit level was used again, the whole thing is just TERRIBLE! Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but I had dirty used pots inside. After coming back and just buying another one I read that it stopped working after that and leaks so not worth it even after 2 consecutive ones which are disgusting inside.

I love the idea of a vintage ceramic teapot with the ease of modern electricity. This teapot goes perfectly with my antique cups and saucers (I bought a mint green one) but the base it stands on is flimsy plastic. Unfortunately, the well thought-out design of the cord storage in the base does not help me to doubt the safety of this item. I'm sending it back in hopes someone will make a more durable product.

Nice color and nice kettle. The inside consists of a small plate made of stainless steel, while the rest is made of glazed ceramic. My issue is that the lid is poorly constructed: difficult to put on and take off, and while it seems secure, it still needs to be held in place when pouring. I would advise the manufacturer to think about a silicone gasket that fits tightly and easily on the lid and then unfortunately has no such function and falls off easily.
