I bought this for a scrapbook I made for my friend. The cover is beautiful, there is a protective cover. The book opens and lies flat. The pages are strong and I had no problems loading my decorated paper. However, the number of pages supplied was limited. So if you have a lot of pages, you will need to buy more online or at your local craft store. Haven't tried it yet but I think I'll take it to Michaels or something and let them do it because I'm a little afraid of damaging it. Beautiful case
