Great hat, before I bought this hat I wore two hats on my "bald head" to walk the dog. I live on Lake Erie. Cold Canadian winds off the lake can be brutal. The extra padding over the ears works great. Despite some comments, I find the cap soft, not scratchy. Expensive but great quality.
