🎨 8-Ounce Clear Satin Finish Plaid Royal Coat Decoupage (1401) Review

I will never understand why anyone would use anything else for decoupage. This way you can easily move the rice paper around before arranging it the way you want it. I find Mod Poge terrible in that regard. They are made by the same company and if you look at the company's comments/answers, they even admit that this is a more advanced version of Mod Poge.

I bought this because I read it worked better on magazine paper than Mod Podge Paste . It works, but believe me, making collages from magazine paper is still very problematic (tearing, stretching, bubbles, etc.). Royal Coat doesn't solve anything I see. It works like glue but I don't see any advantage over Mod Podge. But I'm new to this. It might be better (than Royal) in some ways that I don't see yet.

Strong odors can trigger attacks in asthmatics. I love needlework, especially decoupage, but I just couldn't do it because of the strong smell. Homemade mod podge recipes didn't work either, and I was hesitant to use them when spending money on projects that were an investment of money and time in adding components.
